This unit of the project Ponto de Cultura, called Valença Cultural Movements and Afro Descendants Integration Project, is an initiative by the Valença Three King's Day Parade Groups Association (AGFORV). The project promotes African culture in the city through the Three King's Day celebrations. It is aimed at children and adolescents, who receive visits from the group at their public schools and attend workshops on music, storytelling and literature, craftswork and capoeira (a Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics and music).

More than 1,200 children are benefited by the project and activities are extended to family members and the local community, with no age restrictions. AGFORV also participates in meetings and festivals in neighboring cities, in which the project activities are presented through the teachers and sometimes the participation of students.
