The Jackson do Pandeiro Northeastern Culture Center is a mandatory stop for many Northeastern natives living in the city and for Caxias natives who want to enjoy the flavors and traditions of the most "arretada" (breathtaking) region of the country.

Opened in 2009 and soon nicknamed "mini São Cristóvão Fair" (as a reference to the similar culture center located in the city of Rio), the area offers typical food and crafts stalls. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is the lively Forró na Feira party, where it is impossible for attendees not to dance to the sound of the typical Northeastern music genre.
